About the Role Securecorp is seeking experienced Full Time Retail Security Officers to join our team across sites located in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated security professionals with strong retail security experience who are committed to maintaining safe and secure environments. As a Level 4 Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will confidently patrol and monitor premises, respond to incidents, and adapt quickly to site requirements while making an immediate impact. This role operates on a rotating roster, including nights and weekends. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional security services while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Guard, patrol, and monitor assigned premises to ensure safety and prevent loss or damage. Control and manage site access, ensuring only authorised individuals enter the premises. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarm activations. Identify, assess, and address potential security risks and hazards. Conduct regular surveillance through patrols and CCTV monitoring systems. Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records and logs. Liaise with management, staff, and emergency services when required. Support the enforcement of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Provide assistance to customers and staff while maintaining a secure environment.
